How the Webinar Works:

  1. Register online or call toll-free 1-855-CALL-DH1 (1-855-225-5341).
  2. On the day of the webinar you will receive a toll free telephone number with dialing instructions and a link to the course materials. Listen in and follow along with the course materials you print out.
  3. There is no limit to the number of staff from your office who can join the seminar via speakerphone!*
  4. When prompted, you will have an opportunity to ask your questions.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 3 business days of the webinar are subject to a $50 service fee. Registrants who do not dial in/log in and who do not cancel before the webinar date are liable for the full webinar fee. Cancellations must be made by fax or email. Fax to the webinar department at 1-301-287-2535 or email to conf@decisionhealth.com. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
