During this interactive workshop, veteran attorney Bob Markette will walk you through the process of responding to ADRs. And then if you receive a denial, he’ll share whether or not your denials are worth appealing, your chances of winning and how long it will take. You will have a chance to work in groups to collectively come up with ways for winning a denial on appeal.
