What our customers say:
“DecisionHealth Professional Services provided authoritative documentation to support their recommendations, making implementation easier and more acceptable by our providers and leadership.”
– Mike Hopson, Chief Compliance Officer, UMDNJ
“The actionable information and materials I received from the National Quality Outcomes & OASIS-C Conference are excellent. We’ve used the OASIS-C pre- and post-test to quiz our clinicians and we used the information we learned from the conference to revise our medication reconciliation policy – right before a surveyor walked through the door. The information was right on target!”
– Jettie Eddleman, Director of Quality and Education, Girling Health Care
“I absolutely love ICD-9 Interactive for Home Health Diagnosis Coding and find it very easy to use. My favorite features include the incorporation of medical edits, viewing the Volume II Index and coding scenarios on the same page, and seeing plain-English descriptions when looking up new diagnoses. It’s like having the ICD-9 manual on your screen with added features.”
– Pamela J Drake, MA, HCS-D, Certified Coder, Home Care Coding Services/Remote Coding, Daymarck
“Medical Practice Coding Pro keeps me updated, not just on what’s happening in the field, but on what’s going on in Washington. So, even when changes haven’t happened yet, I am aware of what’s coming next. What I like best is that it’s written in plain English, from a coder’s point of view, by experts whom I respect. I would definitely recommend it to my colleagues – and I have!”
– Cathy Krawetz, Billing Supervisor, Dept. of Medicine, Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation
“Orthopedic Coder’s Pink Sheet. is a really valuable resource. Unlike other publications I’ve read, I know I can always depend on the information in Orthopedic Coder’s Pink Sheet to be accurate. The editors certainly do their homework and do a very good job of hitting all the areas of orthopedic coding that are important to me. I actually prefer reading the online version, Ortho-Decisions.com, because it’s a whole lot easier to search articles and look up codes.“
– Robin Zink, CPC, Business Office Manager, Lancaster Orthopedic Group
“We renewed our subscription to Diagnosis Coding Pro for Home Health and have been receiving this newsletter for several years. We find it very beneficial to our coders and quality care managers as well.”
– Barbara Kitchens, RNC, BSN, COS-C, Regional Manager-Utilization Review/Psych, NMMC Home Health Agency
